Wairarapa Spectacular!

Winter Solstice was fairly obvious yesterday in New Zealand! Rain Rain Rain all over the country! and Darn it was cold! EXCEPT! for a very magical place in Carterton in the Wairarapa at Stonehenge Aotearoa where Winter Solstice is well celebrated. The rain and wind tried to make it over the Rimutaka Hills! And we sure were able to view some pretty amazing sights of sun trying its best to push through. Thankfully this means the days will be getting longer on this side of the world and i am very much looking forward to my fingers being a little less numb!

Party Baby Party

Few weeks back i was asked to photograph a 1st birthday party for a beautiful baby-girl called Eden!
Her mother is also an amazing caterer and successful owner/operator at The Ticked Pink Cafe in Wellington.

And i absolutely loved how young and old got into the theme of dressing up and getting their faces painted!

Eden must be the luckiest girl in the world with her mums yummy food! awesome styling ability and her birthday cakes! WOW!
